Is it just me or is our government, the army corp on engineers and those fattened government contractors all insensitive imbeciles? Watching the news coverage, have not seen a single bulldozer or pay loader doing any clearing work in order to improve relief delivery. Those contractor dump trucks, I am sure not all have been destroyed, where are they? Those backhoes, they can create barge landings so that relief can be delivered at various points shortening the distance of travel for the victims. Imagine if you are in Palo you have to walk 12km to get to tacloban. To get a measly bag of relief! Stupid, stupid, idiots!
