Is it legal to drive town bound from sack n save and exit by depots on the far right hand side of dirt (between old train tracks and small wall) beach side. I always see cars that appear to be impatient in morning traffic including today. There sometimes is a cop blocking. Todays car was blowing past everyone kicking up dust and I felt bad for the people at the bus stop. Well eventually Traffic allowed our regular farrington hwy flow to catch back up and the impatient driver got stuck on that dirt road because the city and county truck/employee that was cleaning the beach was parked in such a way that they couldnt get through. I believe they moved for that driver but I was kinda like wow, wheres the aloha? We all sit in the regular morning traffic getting out of Waianae....maybe its just a pet peeve of mine but is it legal? and will that dirt road stretch always be accessible for the few impatient drivers to get on by sack n save? Any suggestions for the safety for the bus riders that gotta just suck it up?
