Is it not funny why the biggest boldest cop needs to beat this guy while he is down. Come on he was the class bully in school no a cop. So how many police does it take to beat taze smash a single unarmed smaller man then them? Reminds be of a pack of wolves attacking the lone baby deer. They all want a bit. If it takes more then two of those big guys to flip him over or even cuff him then they should get their money back from their instructors and from their roid dealers.
