Is it not possible that, a presiding officer can intentional - TopicsExpress

Is it not possible that, a presiding officer can intentional create errors in the accounting of the ballots (knowing that they will go to court and use that as an evidence if the outcome is not favorable. This could be committed by any Party be it NDC, NPP OR THE OTHERS) but obviously not the votes that the individual candidates had because all polling agents recorded those and would complain accordingly if the EC published a different numbers? if such a possibility exist, why should the EC try to defend them. I am just looking at a pink sheet now, and I am finding it difficult to understand why an officer will put the value of A1 in A2 instead of the range of serial numbers of ballot papers. Secondly, what stops the court from ordering these officers who messed up to answer the questions themselves?
