Is it possible to enjoin the taxpayers in a class action law suite to recover taxpayer funds spent on the computer program and system purchased from a Canadian Company. The government did not use due care in the selection process? Was there an implied contract made with the American Taxpayers by Obama that the taxpayers could keep their doctors and their medical insurance if Obama Care went into effect. Did these promises influence voters to vote for Obama. Is their a Breach of Contract. And was the administration negligent in managing the plan by implementing the plan when they knew the system failed under preliminary tests. If the administration implemented the plan with the knowledge that it would not work a crime of fraud or theft of taxpayer funds? It seems that government employees are exempt from being fired or jailed if they commit misdemeanors or felonies the average person would be fined or jailed. Just a thought.`
