Is it true that builds on the ground are always going to be laggier due to the client having to draw the linden-earth and water? Would you say that all textures and prims aside, comparing only lag at different altitudes that its greater there? Im familiar with the concept of skyboxing to get reduce lag, and how that works, so this question is a bit different. Im wondering if all things are equal, would the ground features be more responsible for lag than one might think.
