Is it true that its mandatory that any phone contact with Telstra must take at least an hour. Tried to upgrade my foxtel service last week and they sent the technician to the address we left in February. Spent ages on Sunday only to find that system was down and now an hour this morning. All they needed to do is redirect the job the old address to the new but no, had to record all the information again. Oh for competition.
