Is love or can love be non-prejudice Some will tell you no. and others will say definitely, yes Can love be patient and can love be kind Or is it just simply sometimes blind Do you ever know if it’s for real Or is it your heart that love wants to steal Where is this thing called non-prejudice love hiding its face It seems to be ducking and dodging all over the place Just when you think you’ve caught up with the pace It jumps back in the front line of the race Can the non-prejudice love accept you with your many flaws tell you those things simply don’t matter after all? Non- prejudice love doesn’t make you feel bad cause you’ve gained a little weight, Nor does that type of love throw past mistakes up in your face In order to find a love as pure as this, you have to clean up all your raggedy shit Look your self straight in the eye, and confess your sins and all of the lies Let love know you’re ready to be blessed, and you’re ready to begin the process and the test Test your faith and honesty all the day long So you can correct past things you’ve done wrong Knowing that this is the best thing to do, and showing love that you can be patient and kind too. Maybe once you see the virtue of being honest and true, Love will begin to shine goodness all over you. Love wants you to prosper and to watch you grow And give you the answers to the questions you didn’t know.
