Is not until my son Trevars reaction to peanuts and other foods, I truly WOKE UP and deeply started to pay attention to how severe this food allergy issues is... I agree 100% with this last statement on the article: “You’re asked to give up everything else — your shoes, your toothpaste, your cuticle scissors, but what’s the likelihood that you’ll be sitting next to a terrorist?” she continued. “But you give them up in the interest of public safety. It’s far more likely that you’ll be sitting next to someone with a food allergy. I don’t understand why the airlines can’t protect their safety, too. We’re not asking for a ban. We’re just asking to reduce the risk so it’s manageable.” Many people is allergic to many things , but we were are talking a severe food allergy that can literally KILL YOUR CHILD, then IS game on, lets fight this with nails and teeth..... There are MILLION other SNACKS that can be provided on airplanes. And whoever go on an airplane, can certainly bring something else, or simply make a sacrifice for for another human been lifes and restrain from eating the darn peanuts..... PLEASE READ THIS AND HELP CREATE AWARENESS OUT THERE!!!
