Is our Governor insane? I mean that most sincerely. This editorial says Florida is gearing up to KILL more than 130 inmates. First is a man on Death Row since 1986. What is the point of executing him at all? In jail for 28 years and hopefully the rest of his life. PLEASE read the LAST sentence in this clip? Are we INSANE to have Rick Scott in charge?
