Is shifting the chapels only solution. How about other structures near the Fartoda Chapel? Today they are concerned about space constraints, traffic congestion but what about tomorrow, traffic wont increase in next couple of years. why not look for a permanent solution like construction of a flyover starting from KTC bus stand to Railway over bridge connecting national highway NH17, and also providing easy connect via the flyover to East/West Connecting on the West side to colva road -Benaulim road and East side Borda/Quepem road. For road widening around 400-500 houses will be demolished why cant the Govt. and the elected MLA come to a Conesus and work on the flyover where only around 40-50 houses might face the axe. I hope the concerned authorities will take this point into consideration. If not then I will understand probably its a ploy to target minority community.
