Is the Kinder Morgan proposal to nearly triple the capacity of its Trans-Mountain pipeline through Metro Vancouver running into trouble? Today the Fraser Valley Regional District complained the company is not answering its questions about the mega-project, echoing similar concerns by the cities of Vancouver and Burnaby, the Green Party, and the provincial government. Mind you, were talking hundreds of questions, and the project must still go through a full environmental review. But do you have confidence in Kinder Morgan? Should it be more forthcoming on environmental concerns raised by questioners? Should this project go ahead?
