Is there any link between the renewal of the American military aid to the Kagame’s regime and the preparation of a new aggression of Rwanda against the Congo? Of course yes! It seems like Kagame has got assurances from his lobbies in Washington to prepare the next chapter of chaos in the Congo in order to maintain the incompetence of the leadership of Kabila so that the status quo continues to allow the pillage of Congo minerals by the same networks that operate in the Congolese bloody minerals… Those beyond this stupid tragedy are making the same kind of mistake that was made in the United States before 1776, in Russia before 1917, in China before 1948 or in Cuba before 1950s… Congo will wake-up… Let hope that it will not be in violence and blood… This is why we want the constitutional and peaceful end of the Kabila regime by a democratisation process and the institution of a Special International Criminal Court for the Congo… Only the avoidance of such civilised process can prepare the path to a violent end…
