Expense notwithstanding, there may be an option to seek formal opinion (eg: college lab might possibly offer DNA or other service?), and give you the backing needed to argue scientific error in this methodology if his. Would be harder to argue to destroy the animal if you had a blood diagnosis, physical assessment or what-not by a better, credited expert :-) Even if there is a huge underlying problem of Breed Discrimination to be addressed here (and the lazy, retarded legislation that places animals at fault for owners/breeders behaviour etc.)... If the immediate priority is just saving Tez, can any other options for disproving his illegal breed be looked at?
