Is there anyone on here experienced with deaf pups/dogs. I am fostering a litter and they are currently 4 weeks old and one pup is solid white and she is deaf. I will be very picky about where she goes but I would love a responsible home for her that can teach her sign and work on proper socialization etc. She is very sweet and interacts great. Small adoption fee that covers her vet costs on vaccinations/deworming. I just figured their may be someone in the group that could be a perfect home for her. I have heard that sometimes deaf dogs can make great therapy dogs because they cant get spooked by noises. :P Not sure if a deaf dog can qualify. I hope this is okay to post here Retha Lewis. Here is a picture of sweet Snowflake. Her mom is Australian Shepherd/Cattle Dog cross. Father is unknown. They were rescued from high kill shelter at 7 days old.
