Is there anything that you can do now, that you couldnt do back in July? I am proud to say when I first started PiYo, this move was extremely difficult and I couldnt even get my butt off the floor to do it properly. But with dedication, persistence, and the daily motivation of my peers and challenge groups, I have finally mastered this exercise! I am still not perfect in everything that is Piyo. There are still moves that are extremely difficult for me. But I know that if I keep going I will get better, I will be stronger, and I will see results! I just want to help people get Similar results as I have. I know what its like to try for years and years to lose weight and nothing works.
