Is there anyway to switch to VERIZON from AT&T when u have an AT&T - TopicsExpress

Is there anyway to switch to VERIZON from AT&T when u have an AT&T phone. I place money on my account because it renews on the 7th. I get a text just now saying they took 70 cents. When I called the 70 cents is for a local 911 fee. They only take it if you have an account balance & when they take it your account balance is shorted & you have to put more money on your account for your plan to renew. So technically if you are a good customer with an account balance then you are penalized for having money in your account...WTF! They contracted to take our money. And since I have an account balance they will do the same thing next month...I am beyond PISSED!!!!!! F#%K AT&T. Ive had enough of them!!!!!!
