Is this Latin music...? Maybe a little Arab influence thrown in? No, its not Shakira... its a guy named Pablo Alborán, and I *really* like this song! It has a powerful, driven rhythm thats impossible not to get caught up in. In fact, I dare you not to like this! Of course its also in my lineup of Spanish-language music that Im using to help bolster my study of the language. And, so far, its proven to be a very good learning strategy! I find myself using words, phrases, colloquialisms, and all kinds of stuff that would take me much longer to learn if I were simply taking classes somewhere, or listening to audio programs, etc. If youre interested in my approach, let me know Ill be happy to share.
