Is this Tweet REALLY that confusing?? So, someone Tweeted a picture that says Spider-Man Meets Thor November 2016! and made a joke about how the Internet is going nuts about the Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice rumor that the film would be in two parts, because of a fake picture that landed online. THEN, the infamous El Mayimbe, from Latino Review, Tweeted him back saying that Spider-Man will PROBABLY meet Thor May 4, 2018. And, because of this, for some reason a bunch of outlets for comic book movie news cant seem to make heads or tails of this. Hes OBVIOUSLY saying that Spider-Man will meet Thor, along with the other Avengers, in Marvels THE AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR - Part 1, which comes out on May 4, 2018. But, everyones guess is anywhere between Mayimbe got the dates wrong! Marvels Thor: Ragnarok comes out in 2017! and That was the date for The Amazing Spider-Man 3! So, they must be meeting in another Spider-Man movie! What? No.... Why is this so hard to get? This is an incredibly straight-forward Tweet.... Anyway, knowing Mayimbe, he has a 60/40 chance of being wrong. The guy typically likes the stir up the rumor pot, or he has a bogus source that just wants to, regardless if it hurts his rep. Which, it has.... But, for some reason, we still talk about things he reports. And, thats because, hes still been right every one out of five times he reports something. After this Tweet, he was talking about plots thickening and something big happening. Not sure if it was in regards to the Spider-Man/Marvel Cinematic Universe thing, or something else. Sometimes, hell also binge Tweet things for a night, and never talk about them again. He just likes to start stuff, really. And then get butthurt when hes told hes wrong. So, if this was just him making a slight comment about the Spidey rumors from the last few months, or if he actually KNOWS something, its up in the air.... I doubt he really knows anything.
