Is this a cause for concern? What do I mean? Had a conversation with a friend recently who commented about how many people they met who were totally unaware that the recent primary wound up selecting three of the 5 QAC commissioners who are unopposed in the upcoming real election.(I was in that group) Unaware that the Republican voters in this county chose for everyone, Democrats, Independents and other non-voting Republicans, the majority of the commissioner team for the next 4 years. Is this the sort of news more folks should be made aware of prior to primaries and by whom? I am not saying the persons who won are not deserving, but, my concern is how can a primary decide, before the regular elections, the actual office holders of any position in government? Whats wrong with this picture? Granted we are not talking about national positions or state wide, but, does this concern anyone else? I wonder how many more would have voted if they knew this? Just asking!
