Is this a cute couple or what?! Cindy is making lots of new friends lately, and she really hit it off with her new pal Chester. Other than the fact that Cindy and Chester both came from the city of Newark, they dont have much else in common, but they got along like old pals today and Chester helped Cindy make a little more progress in coming out of her shell. Cindy is like a different dog when she is around other friendly dogs, and who is more friendly than Chester? Cindy has come a long way since last November, when she took off from her new adopters home and was on the run for nearly six days. We have been working with her daily to get her to overcome so many fears that she developed from living a life of neglect and abuse in the past. She is learning to put all of that behind her and is also learning to trust and love again. She now enjoys getting attention from her many human friends and as you can see, she really lets her hair down when she meets another dog. She is well on her way to becoming an outgoing, well adjusted little lady. Chester absolutely adores Cindy and also came alive when he met her. Chester is always jovial and bubbly, but he was like a puppy again when he met Cindy, and proved that he can run and play with the best of them! Chester and Cindy are both available for adoption.
