Is wondering where the last 13years have gone! My second born, Sierra Rose turns 13 tomorrow! A true TEENAGER! Its been a couple years since theres been a teenager in my midst, and my clothes, my shoes, and my MAKEUP!!! Funny thing lastnight we were talking about buying her her own "under eye dark circle remover?", new mascara, blush & lip gloss. I said to Sierra, "Ill show you how to put the under eye dark circle remover on, and the secrets of how to put make up on!" Sierra looks at with her head to one side and says to me, "Mom, thats what YOUTUBE is for!" I asked her, "So what if youre sad and you need a hug from Mommy? Youtube cant give you a hug?" Sierra answers back, "Thats what those cute kitten videos are for! To cheer you up!"... I sat kinda dumbfounded, and somewhat replaced as a Mother by a website....A couple hours later when our movie was over, Sierra gets up and gets ready to go to bed for the night...After she finished brushing her teeth, she asks me,"MOM, can you fill up my water and come tuck me in?" Well, I couldnt resist! I smiled a loving smile and said to my beautiful daughter, "Just go ask YOUTUBE, itll get your glass of H20 and tuck you in!" We had a good laugh...But when I was tucking her in, I looked at her and thought to myself, "Take your time Mom! Shell be 13 tomorrow, you wont be asked to tuck her in very much longer...So I pulled up her sheets, kissed her forhead and left her room reminded of how blessed I am to have such a remarkable teenager!
