Isa.40:31 What a majestic bird the eagle is, God uses him to illustrate the the christian life. The eagle knows the currents of the air, the wind is a picture of the spirit. Paul said the Spirit is where we are to walk. The eagle uses the current to fly above the Storm, just as the christian should. The eagle coats his feathers with oil from his beak and that protects him from the elements. We too should coat outselves with the oil of Gods Spirit. Thats why we dont faint or get weary about life.
