Isa is a darling girl, she truly is a sweetie-pie. Isa is a curvaceous, “zoftig” girl of over 73-pounds, every ounce of which is a wiggle-waggle delight. Isa was found tie to a building by NYPD and she tried to climb into the officer’s lap while giving him kisses. Isa has likewise behaved beautifully while at the Manhattan shelter, even handling meetings with other dogs with finesse. Oddly though, when Isa was brought to the temperament assessment room, she started to growl at the assessor, particularly when food entered the picture. Because of Isa’s food guarding behavior, she’s recommended for a New Hope placement. So it seems that Isa needs some training in manners as she does not understand the power of her suggestive mutterings. Isa needs someone to love her not a lethal needle. Please let’s give back to an animal in need this holiday season. Please save Isa before tomorrow afternoon.
