Isaac Newton was born in 1642. He died in 1727. The life of this genius was through momentous events. His discoveries were associated with other developments in political, social and philosophical fields. In 1642, his birth year was the year in which the the English Civil Wars started. In this war, john Milton was for the Republican and he wrote many tracts against the Royalists and argued even in favor for regicide. After the victory of the Republicans he was appointed to a high post under Oliver Cromwell. After Restoration he composed Paradise Regained.In 1688, the Glorious Revolution of English history occurred. The Parliament and through that the people obtained control over the realm. Newton was a product of that.
