Isaiah 10:5-19. Father, You used the Assyrians as instruments of judgment to sinning Israel. They became powerful only because You willed it in order to accomplish Your purpose; but they credited their greatness to themselves & were eventually destroyed. Lord, I realize that I am useful only to the extent that I allow You to use me. You gave me resources and special talents not that I may take pride in them but that I may use them for Your purpose. Lord, use me as You deem best and may all the glory be Yours in all my accomplishments.
