Isaiah 49:6 - It is too light a thing that you should be my servant to raise up the tribes of Jacob and to bring back the preserved of Israel; I will make you as a light for the nations, that my salvation may reach to the end of the earth. I could not help but think while meditating on this passage that Christs coming was a missional coming...He had a purpose from before day 1! Praying for myself and for you all that we would treasure Christ and approach today with the same missional purpose...to take the message of salvation to the ends of the earth.
