Isaiah 9:6-7 For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. Of the increase of his government and peace there will be no end. He will reign on Davids throne and over his kingdom, establishing and upholding it with justice and righteousness from that time on and forever. The zeal of the LORD Almighty will accomplish this. Gods blessings this morning (started out morning but now afternoon!) to everyone!! Merry Christmas!! Amid any problems we have and over all heartache we feel there is one unchanging and absolute truth and blessing - Jesus was born for EACH OF US and will reign FOREVER!! The perfect blessing!! I love you Jesus and am so thankful! What more can we desire to feel than to know that we are being cared for every day and our relationship with that Everlasting Father and Savior is never ending! We live in a world where nothing lasts and peace is fleeting BUT Jesus is the perfect answer to that - We look to Him and He calms all our fears, comforts our aching hearts and provides a perception of eternal HOPE that overrides this worldly pain. I am so full of love and HOPE today because of this promise from the One who always speaks the Truth!! This worldly pain is NOT forever and the Heavenly world that awaits is simply indescribable!! We will spend eternity with the Jesus whose birth we celebrate today and whose Love dissolves all problems and pain. What joy we will have!!
