Isaiah is having trouble. He has lost a lot of fluid and looks from the outside as though he is doing better but they have continued to increase his ventilator settings. This is DAY 5. We definitely should not be on the same settings as we were day of surgery when he was doing terrible. They have been having issues with his CO2 being quite high, at one point it was in the 90s!!!! They made some adjustments to the tube and are going to see of that makes a difference.. PLEASE ask for healing on this child, steps forward!!! I am really hoping this is just something mechanical and not wish his actual lungs.
