The assailant then sped off but later turned himself in, claiming it was an accident. In viewing the security footage, it appears to be deliberate. How could this be an accident? Take a look: Gush Etzion is located in Judea and is where three Israeli teenagers, Eyal Yifrah, Gilad Sha’ar and Naftali Frenkel, were abducted before being murdered by Arab terrorists in June.
