If Bengali Muslim criminals involved in these crimes were punished as per law I would have said no it is not state conspiracy. But they commit all these crimes with impunity! Therefore the question: who is against whom? The answer is clear: Bangladesh is against or anti-non-Muslim indigenous people of CHT. Why? The answer is clear: Bangladeshs Islamization Policy or “jihad” (political, economic and cultural jihad) against them!
