Isnt it funny ? In India, we are now been discouraging kids in not believing many our ancient stories, beliefs and mythology. In fact, lately most of the kids wont even know the importance of any festivals and hence the social media starts ridiculing our most important festivals. Ofcource there is no doubt that the medieval stupidity of ours have trivialised the real essence of our festivals, but if pondered and researched well, there will be most of them which will emerge as true winners with lot of sense, sensibility and reasoning behind it. And lo, what are we doing here with Halloween ? We are discouraging kids not to celebrate Holi and Diwali, but kids, pls do become ghosts and ghouls on the Halloween day. And why ? Well, none of us have any idea, but just become devils. Kya zamanaa aagya hai ? We are encouraging our kids to become and act as ghosts, evil and demons. And if reserached well on Halloween, what we get out of this is this read.... ... A classic act of us as Indians absurdity to ape something which is called as Stupidity of others but let go of our strong mythology and stories. Dont we all realize the in INdia, we have got thousands of reasons to appease our kids with stories, festivals, acts etc, instead of now focussing on Haloween and seeing kids dressed up and walking. I remember, in Gudi Padwa , we encourage kids to go home to home to give respect and take goodies from elders and here we are telling them , go and scare the world so that they can give you something. There is no doubt to even challenge that the amount and numbers of mythological stories India can generate in terms of books and library can always remain unparalleled and unchallenged, but ofcource not, we would love Others
