Isnt the Health Department an Equal Employment Opportunity organisation? Isnt discrimination against or treating one group of people differently over another illegal under the industrial laws of this state and country? Isnt the Ministers behaviour, by refusing to talk to us/our representatives, indicative of Bullying in the Workplace and therefore not allowed under the Zero Tolerance policy? These arent just buzzwords folks, we get them crammed down our throats nearly everyday yet we are standing by and allowing the Minister and the Department to flagrantly demonstrate these very actions??? So why not use the same system against them that they will and have happily used against us?
