Isnt there some sort of superstition about finding a pepper in your pepper?? Found THREE of them while preparing these delicious stuffed peppers--what does that mean?! :) This is also a great recipe that can easily be manipulated to taste and veggie preference: Red Bell peppers stuffed with Kale, Sweet Potato Leaves, Red and Yellow Onion, Fresh Garlic, Portabella Mushroom, a little Cumin and Spicy Chili Garlic sauce for a little heat, topped off with Nutritional Yeast for that golden brown crust! This is delicious and so very filling and good for you!
