Isolation is a dream killer. Even in a crowd, one can feel isolated from things they love and the things they long for. Bogged down in a mire of the crowded thoughts within lies a loneliness and longing that is the stark reality of the life without. The shroud of humor and smiles often hides the pain of hurt and isolationism. When one is loyal, yet others are not, when one is diligent, yet others are not and when one is outgoing, yet others are not....it is often difficult to understand and even harder to deal with. Do not be discouraged, for the truth that lies within is far more important and real than the facade presented in the charade of laughter and activity that seems to envelope some closest to you. Today, I will look up for guidance, look around for support and look within for conviction and truth.
