Israels influence on Canadian foreign policy is intolerable. Canadians need to reflect on to the words of Voltaire! Look to the ones you are not allowed to criticize, to understand who controls you. The pro-Israel lobby has a crippling influence on our main political parties, which coerces our spineless politicians into pursuing Israels interests rather than Canadas. For those who love Canada, it should hurt you when you see Harper address Israels interests before our own. It should similarly hurt when Harper sells our countrys sovereignty to China and the United States. Institutions of education are amongst the most important battlefields. These are the places that will breed the leaders of tomorrow. To the students on this page, keep watchful eyes on your campuses. Using social media, identify and monitor pro-Apartheid Israel students, especially those who are involved in school politics. These are the individuals who actively work to censor, silence and slander peace and Palestinian solidarity activists. These are the individuals who are frantically attempting to halt the snowballing BDS movement. Monitor their public status updates, tweets and comments. Record them in casual conversation. Catch them slipping, and record/screenshot when they freely speak their racism, bigotry and/or violent hatred. Then broadcast the evidence to your peers, and create a petition demanding their resignation. At worst, they wont resign and they will have a tainted Google search. At best, they will be removed from their position, and you will have a healthier school. If you need help, send the evidence of their bigotry to us, we will create petitions, and we will help spread it (if we deem the evidence is fool proof). In 2012, this page was instrumental in creating a petition to remove Zane Colt, a hateful student undergraduate representative at Carleton Universitys board of governors. He was actively involved in censoring Palestinian Solidarity activists on Carletons campus. He was caught slipping, spouting off racist tweets on his public twitter account. He was promptly removed from his position and shamed for his beliefs, even grabbing some small media attention. Its time for Canadians to fight back (within the legal boundaries) against these thugs who infiltrate our institutions and strive to subvert our countrys values. One value is that racism and apartheid is wrong, and those who subscribe to it should to be frowned upon.
