Issa Griffithsthe Salvation Army Community Food Bank Hello friends. We urgently need to find a home for the community food bank! The requirements for the food bank are if possible :- A secure ground level room to fit 6 high cupboards (similar to wardrobes), one small chest freezer and a fridge size freezer and a larder fridge and a table to work off. Access if possible from 9am to 8pm Monday to Friday. We will need extra storage and working space during November and December for making Christmas food parcels. Extra storage room for overflow if possible. We know this is a big plea but our alternatives are to rent somewhere and take on a lease which we may not be able to afford long term and will affect our supply of food parcels. We dont mind paying a small amount rent. Maybe some companies have a room or even space to for us to put a portacabin or individuals with a garage or large garden could fit a portacabin or large secure shed. We dont have a portacabin or large shed but they could be an option and maybe someone could sponsor one fore us. We have tried the local council and churches. If you are able to help or know of a place you think would be suitable and affordable please contact us.
