Issue - lack of minutes Opening questions- when was the last time minutes where taken? Constitutionally, which office bearer is responsible for taking minutes? Why has that office stopped taking minutes? If responsibility for minute taking changed how and by whom was this change enacted? Issue - the statement in favour of a no confidence vote. Opening questions - why isnt it signed? Who wrote it? Collecting 202 signatures does not speak for itself. It merely demonstrates that some people will sign anything to get you to go away. What positions do Luke and the named person Judith Crow hold in the SA? (If any) Why are the quoted opinions included instead of hard facts? (I wouldnt like to see UHISA get worse is probably a sentiment we all hold, not evidence of failure of duty.) Had I been writting this it would have been a list of reasons for the motion, such as not taking minutes and evidence of that duty not being carried out, not a quote from an anonymous source on an apparently unrelated subject. Answers from BOTH SIDES would help. Thanks.
