Tail-end of cold front affecting Bicol Region. Northeast Monsoon affecting Northern and Central Luzon. Forecast: Southern Palawan will experience cloudy skies with moderate to occasionally heavy rainshowers and thunderstorms. Bicol Region, the rest of MIMAROPA and the province of Quezon will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms. Cagayan Valley and Cordillera will be cloudy with light rains. Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains. Visayas and Mindanao will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms. Moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast will prevail over Luzon and east to northeast over Visayas and Mindanao with moderate to rough seas.
