Issued at 5:00 p.m.,03 September 2014 Valid beginning: 5:00 p.m. today until 5:00 p.m. tomorrow Synopsis: At 4:00 PM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 200 km East of Baler, Aurora (15.3ºN, 123.2ºE). meanwhile, another Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 800 km East of Borongan, Eastern Samar (11.4ºN 133.5ºE). Forecast: Metro Manila, Central Luzon, CALABARZON, MIMAROPA, Bicol Region and Visayas and the provinces of Isabela, Nueva Vizcaya and Quirino will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms. The rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms mostly in the afternoon or evening. Light to moderate winds blowing from the northeast to northwest will prevail over Luzon and Visayas and coming from the southwest over Mindanao. The coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be slight to moderate.
