Issues on table for discussions to resolve the root causes of the current civil war in the country is no longer a Dinka Nuer Business! It is about federalism ( devolution of power and resources to all levels of government equitabbly), it is about fundamental reforms in the security sector, judiciary, foreign affairs and civil service!!! These are not a dinka nuer transactions!!! It is a transaction that involves 64 tribes of this Republic!!!
