It Has Just Dawned On Me. I Start My 18 Hour Fast Monday (Some Hours While Sleeping) Then Wake & No Gym Until 6PM Then Eat At 7PM. Then Repeat Process For 2 Weeks Solid Then Switch Up Workout Routines Till December Then Switch Them Again In March. 6 Months Fasting Solid Maybe 2, 24Hour Fasts In 1 Month, & A 2, 10 Mile Run A Month, On Top Of My Gym Schedules & Cardio Workouts. Strict Food Plan Written Already, 1500 Calories For 3 Months Then Asses It Then Cut To 1200 Calories Till March.. This Should Ensure I Get Super Lean. I Am Lucky I Am Friends With Some Top Fitness Models Across The Globe Who Have Helped Compile The Next 6 Months.. #YouWillBreakYouHandOnMyStomach
