It Might Be Offensive but true. Freshers + Experienced Jobless people claim that... There is no Job, there is Discrimination, there is referral based jobs every where, Our Degree is Dumb, Our Department Didnt supported us, Our Placement is Sleeping, But they all dont admit the reality - While having any workshop on resume building, Mock interview sessions, We are busy in using Cell fones, chatting others, commenting on the people sitting next even saying this for the Presenter Kia Bakwas bonga session hai, Bongian Maar raha hai But we never ever try to think what we are going to write in our Resume. Remember, you are a unique product that is going to be sold in a market. every product have its own ingredients, Unique Flavors taste. But how a customer is going to know about the product ? Obviously the Booklet provided with that product ... Now This RESUME/CV thing is your product, and eMAil id you are using is its Shopping bag. if both the things are not good and presentable no one is going to buy you ... and Remember you are a product,that if not used for couple of month after getting graduated, you will be useless and will be scrapped by every customer. And there are a selling markets also where you have to be present in a presentable form .... that are mainly -Linkedin -Rozee - and Other job portals. So please Take these things serious, if you really want a Job in market. otherwise dont blame that you were not given guidance.
