It always amazes me when presumably reputable news organizations decide to call things unprecedented or historic when they are neither of those things. We had bigger, more destructive fires burning faster, hotter, and creating equally interesting weather inside the firestorms of 2003 and 2007, but CNN needs a headline (and if it is not the Malaysia Airlines plane, they dont know what to do). Shame huh?
