It always surprises me how lazy some customer service employees are. I spend tens of thousands of dollars on your product and you tell me if I want to find my reps phone number I need to look it up on the internet. Really? If I were your boss (with ATX Software) and I overheard that conversation, Id be having myself a little chat with you, Bill. But dont worry. After I finally found the phone number on the website to the person who could give me the other phone number I really needed, I narced on you to CCH. Have a great day, you bum.
