It amazes me how many people have joined this group, uninvited and just found it anyway. I set the group up whilst my husband was on the phone swearing at a bt operator in the hallway of our home and all the dogs were hiding :) . It was all I could think of to do at the time because the company themselves were completely useless with the problems that they were causing us. To each and every one of you with your own tale of horror to tell. BT are a nightmare and at least we all have each other - My Hubby turned around a £450 demand for a service they never provided into £120 compensation by going through the Ombudsman. I suggest you all do the same, as the crappy company have no time for their distressed individual customers.
