It amazes me the vast intensity that science has brought to the mundane, black and white world. People ask me why Im an atheist. Why I put so much hope in science and humanist ideals. Well I believe in the factual notion of real, meaningful help for humanity. I mean yes, its ok to pray to your Gods if you get comfort from them. Being the crutch that they are. Though I prefer the real proof that even in small steps, step by step science is making this world a great place. Those who couldnt hear, now can hear the fifth sympathy. Those who couldnt see, now can see the warm sunrise. Also as in this article, those who couldnt touch, can now feel the gentleness of their love ones.
