It appears like the sky is breaking in Canton, Ohio to allow of a video which would seek to partly replicate the Minnesota lakes brochure. This was done quite a bit on the spur of the moment, including deciding to leave Akron, about a 45 minutes earlier (Didnt even realize it was Hall of Fame weekend, or that the Bills were playing! ). I left my Tallmadge, Ohio home 13 years earlier one day after attending a Fellowship of Christian Athletes breakfast in Canton with neighbor who was teacher of the year at Akron U. (Professor in Mechanical Engineering) as part of the Hall of Fame weekend in 2001. The next day I was in front of a judge whose daughter purchased my home 7 years later, while at about the same time the AU professor was replaced by an Akron, Ohio Police Officer. The Supreme Court has decided that Police Captain Prade is not really innocent after all, and will have to go back to prison for the remainder of his life. I have unique press conference video of his lawyer explaining (upon me questioning him) how he was freed (under the unique legal concept of criminal innocence) for about 17 months after 15 years in prison. In an unrelated matter, the Supreme Court may review my Jurisdictional appeal contesting actually quite minor issues from 13 years ago in the house discussed. The Fondessy v. Simon case in Ohio informs the discussion, as does the fact that a dozen magistrates were neither appointed nor sworn in over a period of 5 and 13 years respectfully until I asked in each case (the 1st time I was stroked by being made to :go down for a while, the second time a motion was not well taken) But my attorneys are the ones who represented Prade. One is being sued in the unrelated case. The other falsely states I cannot subpoena the former home for mitigating evidence. (The civil subpoenas look just like the criminal ones, and are designed to sample or photograph objects on at anothers premises, but the second attorney kinda laughed and said theres no way you are going to get in there -- again, he is supposed to be on my side). Other court officers (e.g. a magistrate) are avoiding the situation altogether. One transcriptionist (who is normal quite nice), is not producing the full transcript(s). There are now 21 (6 lower court, 8 appellate level, 7 supreme) judges touching the case, which should not even be a case at all. (As one attorney stated on video: Its BS -- TOTAL BS). My former spouses attorney (when I was in the process of re-uniting with my sons) fibbed in court a number of times (as it was a status -- and not an evidentiary hearing - she could get away with it), and then was made the judicial attorney in the legal malpractice case. A top OH legal mal. and professional ethics expert (from Cleveland), after interviewing him for 3 hours, withdrew himself. He was personally recommended by a top Cincinnati attorney who was recommended to me in a face to face meeting with the head of the disciplinary committee with the Ohio Sate Bar Association. There is a parallel between the Prade case and the secretary of my sons church who was similarly shot by her spouse point blank (6 times (but survived). That pastor said he would testify of subpoenaed, but has since back out, evidently via the oversight of one of the attorneys who is again is evidently not working for me. The processes of law has a funny way of seeking truth and as a consequence, that elusive theoretical construct known casually as: jjustice.
