It appears that we have a power supply outage that is affecting all Tideland EMC substations north of the Pamlico River. Some areas are reporting operating on part power. Given the extreme cold temperatures it is imperative that you cut off all your breakers with the exception of one for lights until we restore power. Once we restore power you will need to cut breakers back on in increments of one breaker every fifteen minutes. This will help prevent overload on the electric system. Please practice emergency conservation efforts until temperatures warm back up.
