It appears to me, if the local authorities cant do their jobs, its up to the citizens to protect themselves from scum like this! Is this just another result of the obama administration sequestration which cut back public safety and fire fighters? Police in several locations, I dont know about this one, have advised citizens that due to sequestration their departments have been severely downsized and their response time is quite extensive. Some have recommended to citizens if they feel unsafe then they should purchase a weapon and get training in the event this type of activity occurs. Even the vice president biden said, get your self a shot gun and fire off a couple of rounds to scare the bad guys away. I guess if you actually shoot a bad guy, in this case a child rapist fugitive, you are considered a criminal for doing the job the police are suppose to do? THIS WHOLE THING STINKS AND I THINK THEY SHOULD GIVE THIS GUY A MEDAL INSTEAD OF CHARGING HIM WITH A CRIME!!!!!!!!!!!!
